Ok guys, so these are my suggested software:

AV/ realtime protection: Kaspersky, Zemana, Emsisoft, F-Secure, ESET.

On-demand scanners: ZAM Free, EEK, NPE.

Browser: Google Chrome.

Sandbox: Sandboxie Free.

Extensions: uBlock Origin, Netcraft, HTTPS Everywhere.

Password manager: Sticky Password.

VM: VirtualBox Free (because of snapshot feature).

Backup: Macrium Reflect Free.

Using google chrome as a browser has a lot of privacy concerns for me. I rather use Firefox or vivaldi or anything else. Even IE11/Edge is better than chrome IMO.
Other than that, your list is very good & robust

Very good suggestions. For free I would go with kaspersky, and all your tips except the browser (Firefox or Brave) and the password manager (Bitwarden or LastPass)

Great thread my friend :)

Some of the suggestions are good. HTTPS Everywhere for me personally is redundant due to most common visitedsites now rolling it out as default.

Some others could be added as well, but very good suggestions nonetheless

I had a very similar setup to proposed by JM Security, on my Windows 7 machine a few years ago. Sandboxie is still my favorite Sandboxing application on the older machines, but not on Windows 10. It still cannot be installed on Windows 10 ver. 1809.
After installing Windows 10, I had to change my software preferences (problems with Windows Updates). Now, I use only the Windows built-in security + Edge + hardening.

KAV or ESET (your choice) with Zemana as a secondary realtime AV.

On-demand scanners: EEK.
EEK - useless lately, either use Zemana or ESET, depending on, which one you choose as realtime.

Browser: Google Chrome.
I am sure you can do better, like Chromium or Firefox or anything else but that.

It’s good to prevent downgrade attacks
Browsers will display a warning on http sites, next year.

Next year we get rid of it then :) for now it stays
