I think you should use a On-demand scanner like Zemana Anti-Malware or X-Sec CommandLine Scanner. Otherwise looks good.

I'll suggest to set UAC to max, disable UAC elevation of unsigned files and switch to Google Chrome with enabled AppContainer and sandboxed plugins.
You should consider better securtiy for your Android device too (lockscreen pin, fingerprint or pattern, encrypting etc.).
On demand scanner is also a good idea.

Add more on demand scanners like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Zemana Anti-Malware. Adding Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Free is also a good idea.

I decided to change UAC to maximum and add "X-Sec CommandLine Scanner" ,as a scanner on demand
