I suggest a backup program, it can be Macrium Reflect or AOMEI Backupper in its free versions.
It is also advisable to use on-demand scanner programs such as Zemana and Emsisoft Kit.

Like @bribon77 said, in my opinion, backup is the best security solution and the most overlooked security solution. It's really one massive rollback to when you didn't have malware.

Things on your setup that COULD change:

- could set UAC to default
- HTTPS Everywhere is fairly redundant in 2018 due to most visited sites rolling it out as default
- make sure you have a backup solution, I'd recommend Macrium Reflect. This is vital.
