Would have been a better video/test if more monitoring applications are used so viewers can actually see what is taking place, such as network and registry, was the system actually cleaned up or were traces left, was the sample allowed to communicate.

How about some information on the sample used, date/age/classification. Renaming the sample and generic detection tell us nothing.

I am positively amazed at what the free new version of Kaspersky can do.
I don't think it's so good that you can't set so many options, but it's very good that you can turn off scanning from HTTPS and email traffic.
