Of course!! ... I would've tested today,but as you saw the Cloud Reputation Scan wasn't working ,so the test wouldn't be really fair.

Also , I've forgot to show you guys this settings for the "Safe Run" feature.

BTW , KIS 2012 dosen't support the Opera Broswer.
 
Nice, wish that Comodo would offer it this way so one could choose whether to enable sandboxing of the browser of choice. But then again, how solid is Kaspersky's sandbox in this new version maybe is the question.
