Advice Request Kaspersky -- "Minimum security level"?

Anyone have details about the preset called "Minimum security level"?
What does it do, and how much does it compromise your security?

And what about the "maximum" level?

Although for KES8, and a bit old, I guess is still valid even for home products:

Thanks. The low level does look a little low. Better to stay with recommended, I think.
