Anything with KIS is an overkill in theory but rehips has isolation which is something KIS doesn't offer so you have something extra. Now if you really need it you should decide for yourself.

I tried ReHIPS + KIS, and there was an issue: it caused high CPU in the first couple minutes after system startup, and as a result, isolated programs started up super slow, until the CPU calmed down. If you have enough patience, everything gets back to normal. But I was frustrated not being to open my browser or certain other apps.

Next version of ReHIPS will have a workaround that allows the isolated programs to start up normally, even if CPU is high after system startup.

You asked about another possible paranoid combo.
Try out this one: KIS 2018 + Sandboxie + NoVirusThanks EXE Radar Pro (free beta 2015).
If you don't like NVT ERP, so use VoodooShield instead.

The truth is that you can configure KIS to do almost everything that NVT ERP does, but NVT ERP does it easier and better.

Malwarebytes Anti Malware or Zemana Anti Malware are both good choices:)
