For a backup solution i would like to suggest Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both which have a good and free reliable version.

If you do not have a portable HDD you could give Aomei One Key Recovery a try.

MBAE isn't a scanner but an anti-exploit.
You should use a system image software.

Kaspersky includes Anti-Exploit Protection, there's isn't a need to run Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.

Privacy and Optimisation are software to keep your running at peak performance, they may include CCleaner to remove junk and cached files that can take up GB's of space. Drive optimisation to defrag HDDs or TRIM SSD.

Add adblocker to your browser to have reliable on your experience and add backup browser just in case.

MBAE/MBRW=uninstalled
before i used bitdefender: never had any virus!!! from work i used ESET
no need backupPC/backup browser for 26 years with PC

installed privatizer
