Thanks for sharing your config, I would look into an second opinion scanner like Xvirus or Crystal Security, throw in Zam as its on giveaway here at MT, and of course you know its coming, a password manager =)

You would be better served using a Password manager than saving passwords in your browser.
Consider adding CCleaner

Nice and clean setup.

Consider downloading Privazer & CCleaner to remove crap from your system.

Also consider adding Hitman Pro or Emsisoft EEK to your setups.
