@Yash Khan not if you use an adblocker you will see no ads. The PRO version blocks ads.

My say on this from LastPass free this is great news that us free users can use on multiple devices.

When I used LastPass I never noticed any ad's but I was using
AdGuard and it's system wide so I guess I wouldn't have seen
them anyway.

It's better than a pop-up asking you to upgrade and the LP Ad only appears in the LP Vault.

The Premium version disables the paid version of LP and YubiKey Ad in the right side column of the Vault. Similar to Outlook.com.

I think that is already a biggest move by Lastpass; having sync to any devices that something limited to majority of products unless you paid it.
