I cannot find LastPass Internet Explorer extension.

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

I Googled and I verifyed IE parameters. All seem OK.

JB- I think you should re-install Lastpass as you are missing the Toolbar:

I uninstalled LP and reinstalled it but the issue persists.
And LP does not even appear on IE extensions
