Let it snow let it snow let it snow topic here ..

'Snow.exe is a small program that makes snow-flakes fall around your windows. It also fills the important function of wasting your CPU-cycles. If you feel you need a winter spirit, this is the program for you!

And yes, we know it's not a very clever name, but it conveys the basic idea. :) '

..and Snow.exe download: http://www.monctoncomputerservice.com/revenger_inc/download.html - works on Windows XP, maybe other Windows versions too ..;)

Knowing it would kill my computer, the "Let It Snow" Google easter-egg will work just fine for me.

Good choice Earth. This junk doesn't even work anyway.

In before someone mentions worked fine for them on their PC. I do not have a care in the world if it did. :)

Yess .. It works here, the snow.exe, on Windows XP SP2.:)

You have to change your Windows version to XP, then no problems, I can assure you abundant snowflakes .. very flaky here.

- Or you may marry with google, and then you demand the fulfillment of marital duties.:p

Snow.exe is the portable little software (29.5 kB only). In Process Hacker: 1.84 mB Working Set, 15 Handles, 1 Threads only.

From readme.txt:

'Snow.exe is a program that makes it snow on your desktop, behind and between your top-level windows. Its purpose is to provide you with a spirit of winter and waste some of your superfluous cpu-cycles. The program is of course inspired by the wonderful xsnow, available for X11, but snow.exe is not a port of xsnow, nor have we taken any code from xsnow. The source code for snow.exe is available from the web site, should anyone care to make any changes.'

Enjoy!

PS. If you click on snow.exe 2 or 3 times, then you have 2 or three times as many snowflakes .. white desktop here .. With three snow.exe processes of course.
