Let us edit the titles of our new thread posts

As I understand it, there is a window of fifteen minutes or so after a post in which one is allowed to edit it. However the possibility of editing the new thread's title is not allowed. I would like to request that you change that. I find myself after posting a new thread looking at "Mini Spy" and "Latest Threads" and realizing that I did not put what I need to attract people's attention in the portion of the title that shows there rather than the part represented by the ellipsis.

Another thing could help is if you changed it so that the whole title shows.
