isnt cleartype i already see. I use Google Chrome.

Inst the browser is windows. I open a software and the letters are out of focus.

This feature allows resizing screen elements .. you sure that your configuration is similar to this picture? check this video, maybe can help you

Guys thanks for help me but i fix the problem. Is a problem of monitor, i reset all configurations of monitor. Thanks for trying to help.

I was away some time .. and now read, that's Windows problem - then it's monitor, of course.
Hopefully your problem is gone !
