I recommend replacing adblock with Ublock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere.
Personally i would only keep CCleaner and remove System Mechanic.

Only recommendation is consider replacing ABD with uBlock Origin and maybe an additional on demand scanner.

 

[Crypto]

Consider adding Crystal Security as an on-demand scanner. I also suggest adding extensions such as HTTPS Everywhere and switching Adblock out with Adguard or uBlock Origin.

 

[JM Safe]

I would add SandBoxie Free (and use it while browsing to have more protection), replace Adblock with uBlock Origin, add HTTPS Everywhere.

I suggest you to use Adguard for 6 months, and then, add uBlock Origin.
