Please help! I am so frustrated - any advice would be greatly appreciated. My system is so slow and I've tried everything. This is a network computer and my company would have to pay the IT company that installed these computers to come rebuild this one and reload all of our work software on it and they are not cheap! I'd rather give my money to someone that can tell me whats going on.

I've attached some logs. Thanks in advance

Its my home computer - but I have my medical transcript software and a RDP connection that I use to login to the network that I would have to somehow get it if I had to rebuild the computer. So I was hoping to get some help here. Is it fixable?

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

It works! I tried everything, that you so so much.

Can I have you check two more computers that might be infected? My kids and my husbands.
