I am having some random lag issues in my system. I don't know if it's a dying drive or something else. Task Manager even with the graph is not of much use. I am looking for a root cause analysis tool that can forensicly analyze the historical (since boot) program/service resource usage and any interrupt halts. Its for personal home use.

And all resources/services at once since I don't know which of them is causing the interrupt stalls

You might want to check out Windows Performance Monitor (PerfMon) or Process Explorer for detailed system usage statistics. For a more forensic approach, you can use tools like Wireshark or Sysinternals Suite. However, these require some technical knowledge. If you suspect a dying drive, CrystalDiskInfo can provide drive health information. Remember to back up important data regularly.
