Lulzsec has returned and they have hacked into The Sun news paper placing a fake death story and at one point redirecting it back to their twitter feed.

They never got caught. The arrest storys was already cleared by LulzSec them selves saying they got the wrong people and that the LulzShip continues sailing the interweb seas.

It seems they have gotten access to some of The Suns emails and are planning on releasing them later.

So, if Lulzsec does have the email archive and they release them and there's some 'bomb' in there, what are the legal implications for their use as evidence? Can't News International just claim they are fake?
