32 or 64 bit OS
Computer knowledge
last known infection

In backup well likely you need better system restore point snapshot like Rollback RX followed by backup software like Macrium Reflect to create system image.

Macrium Reflect will not let you down, don't forget to make a bootable usb as well and you will be all good and secure.
