There is a new version released today:

Bug Fixes v7.1.3317 - 4th July 2018

  • Unable to restore to an uninitialized disk
    Restoring to an uninitialized disk could cause the target disk not to be found and the restore to fail. This has been resolved.
    If this issue affects you then please create fresh Windows PE rescue media after updating. "
