I made it through step 5, downloading and running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware progam, but when I rebooted, the screen came back black with only a mouse cursor on it. I can move the cursor, and when I hit ctrl-alt-del, I can bring up task manager and restart. I can't open any programs or run anything and for some reason F8 won't bring up the safe mode options. I also can't perform a log on it since I can't get into anything. Any thoughts on what went wrong?
