Malware Patrol Lists

Evening, or very early morning:

I use the Pro crypto ransomware and malware hosts lists from Malware Patrol as a add-on to Comodo's firewall blocking potential.

I.e., hxxp://armggewudaffa.co.uk they claim is a cryptolocker C&C but running it through VirusTotal and others all clear, bar hit by Bitdefender. Several others are the same, on my old laptop the domains won't even connect??

Is Malware Patrol a good host lists to use?

Well as an alternative then Malware Patrol can be handy, one of thing to consider is the ability to retrieve latest blocklist immediately.
