Malware Removal Help: Ad by TopBuyer AND System-Kernel-Disk-Error

Hi there

I'd really appreciate some help on this.

I appear to be experiencing two core malwares: TopBuyer and something which seems to be called System-Kernel-Disk-Error. I've detailed the steps I have tried to take, but at every turn I am hitting a brick wall!
