Roughly once a week, unless I suspect something is amiss.

I use a Zentyal Server distribution on a mini-PC build for in-home network security, it successfully caught, logged, and blocked an attempt to hijack my webcam recently, as well as keeping out all sorts of other intrusion attempts & bad traffic over time, wonderful setup.
