MalwareBytes blocking website - SysWOW64/Svchost.exe

So I've had this error claiming that malwarebytes is blocking an outbound website for a few hours now after downloading a stardew valley mod on nexus mods here: Bearish Harvey. The warning from malwarebytes looks like this: https://puu.sh/z7rsD/3a83fd1bf6.png. I followed this thread below up up to the point where you use TDSSKiller and I'm including the log from that as well. I'm not sure where to go from there because in that thread there was no suspicious item but mine found what's in the log.

I also want to note that after the scan I now notice the issue hasn't popped up, but I feel like that would be too easy. I will update if it happens again
