You cannot partecipate in Malware Hub without a virtual machine or light virtualization systems like Shadow Defender, Sandboxie, etc.

I would like to suggest some form of backup solution. Both Macrium Reflect and Aomei Backupper have a good free and reliable version. If you do not have a portable HDD you could give Aomei One key a look it will even help create a partition for you.

No its only a scanner not real-time protection which is run in the background uses RAM.

These are what i use zemana antimalware or emsisoft emergency kit.

All is good. But personally I'd choose hitman pro and Emsisoft emergency kit

You are putting your system at risk by disabling the login password and testing malwares on your system without VM.

Now It seems to me a bit paranoid and about VirtualBox go for it but play with malware = play with fire.

Good config! Consider some of the on demand suggestions.
Unless you are experienced playing with malware even in a contained environment is probably not a good idea.

Maybe add Malwarebytes Anti Exploit for added protection against exploits.

I've used Zemana AntiMalware for last 2 days and I already had a couple of false positives...

It still needs some work,,,
