My new PC parts are going to arrive in a week (it has an i7 processor and 8GB ram) and im trying to make my new computer as smooth as possible, I don't need much protection because im careful while browsing the internet and downloading things. I have decided to go with: MBAE, MBAM and Sandboxie free, im not sure which AV to use for realtime, Im not going to use windows defender because of how useless it proved it is, but i would also like something relatively light.

Everytime I see the word 'light', the first thing that comes to my mind is Norton. lol..... Its relatively light and good on protection. If you wanna try, then here's a link to a 6 months norton antivirus installer.

Note: Even though it states Norton Antivirus 2012, the online downloader will download the latest version of the said software. So don't worry.

Bitdefender Free requires a registered account, and can be problematic to delete.

I would rather stick with windows built in protection than go with Bitdefender. You have SBIE and seem like you are careful about your browsing and downloads so that should be enough.WSA & ESS are very light and run well on 8.1.Thanks for sharing your config :)
