Windows 7 support for updates just ended... You should update at least the system to Windows 8.1...

You can also check Macrium Reflect Free for System Image BackUp.

Consider also to run manual backups of important data to external devices, and/or in cloud services.

As for "Virus and Malware Removal Tools", You may add: EmsiSoft Emergengy Kit and HitManPro Free.
