I am trying to rid my friend's laptop of the DOJ your computer is locked malware virus.
He has to enter a password to unlock his computer on startup and I am wondering if this is affecting my ability to boot up with the USB drive and use Kickstart Pro.
Don't know what else to try. The make of his laptop is Toshiba Satellite L555.
When trying to submit this post, it required that I run scans and post logs for the computer I am using, not the infected computer. The attached logs are from the "clean" computer.
