Battle Micropoo Bing Bar Keeps Wanting To Install

This no good bing bar keeps wanting to install after searching for Micropoo updates. I checked HIDE update about 5 times already but it keeps on wanting to install anyway. Is this some kind of infection? I ran Hitman Pro 1 time scan & it detected Zero. Thanks Marg..!

Not infected. I used to get Silverlight, optional updates even after I hid them, on Windows 7 SP1.

Do you see the Admin icon, when you choose to Hide Update?

Hidden Update should appear here:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update\Restore hidden updates

I think I got this nasty Bing Bar & Bing Destop hidden so I wont be nagged to instal this crud anymore. I had to go to no important updates available & hide them from there. So far it seems to work.

marg, I was happy to hear the Great Huracan has assisted in solving yet another puzzling Micro-dilemma!
...*Laughing* at your euphemism, Micro-Poo!! I just know there are a lot of pet owners (esp those whom own LARGE Dogs) whom wish they could deal only with 'Micro-poo', lol!!!

I have an HP PC & what they do if you don't hide the update HP will install them anyway.
