You can install extensions from the Chrome Web Store in the Edge Chromium build.

1. Go to edge://extensions/
2. Enable "Allow extensions from other stores. Learn more"
3. Go to the Chrome extension that you want to install (New Tab Redirect), click on "Add to Chrome".
