Solved Microsoft Fix It

I was going through the steps to get rid of the virus that downloaded along with "update Adobe flashplayer" and I could not complete the last step which is Microsoft fixit. I kept getting the message "not available." Any suggestions or solutions? Also, how do I safely download adobe flashplayer so I can watch internet tv and listen to music?

Adobe Flash Player can be downloaded from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (remember to uncheck any toolbar choices)

FileHippo.com for IE/Other browsers here:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer/ (choose carefully to which one you want)

Reasons to not download:
- If you're using Windows 8 / 8.1. IE10 and IE11 come with Flash Player.
- If you're using Google Chrome, includes Flash Player.
