is this available in europe and if yes how ?. each time i tried using a hotmail .com () or yahoo.co.uk email it gives an error saying my email cannot be verified

The Email list above is not complete. I tried e-mail from a university in Europe and it worked.

Actually this program is Worldwide and is open to members of any Business, Academic Institution, Non-Profit, Government Department, etc. All that is needed is that the entity must take part in the Volume licensing with software assurance program that Microsoft offers.

Note that your company can have as little as 5 endpoints to be in this program, so really small businesses are not excluded.
