It's clearly working. As soon as you enter a valid email (note that some disposable emails are blacklisted in GOTD obviously) you will receive a message containing the download link, click on it and downloading starts right away. Inside the compressed file there's a readme with the bla bla bla and registration key.

Anyway I think the key is a generic one so everybody gets the same: A9C5A8-993FB5-08081D-202E85

I've used various versions of Minitool Partition Wizard and never had a problem using its various functions on a number of computers. If you get the chance to nab a free copy of the pro edition another time I recommend getting it.
