You should add a VM if you play with malware or at least Shadow Defender, Toolwiz Time Freeze or Sandboxie to create a virtualized environment separate from the Host System.

I thought about it and would like to choose between Shadow defender and Voodooshield

Can I play games with shadow mode enabled? What do you think of Heimdal Pro?

Yes you can play games in Shadow Mode but if they are local games all scores and progress will be lost when you reboot your machine. Unless you add exception rules.
