I've been here for a few day's but never really had the time to introduce myself :)

I'm 15 y/o, I have been working around computers for about 4-5 years now doing all kinds of different things such as Programming - Application Development - Security - Webpage Design - etc. I am currently working and studying around the security area of computers which in terms meaning how to secure them and how to remove malicious software from them. I have had numerous mentors and training courses on Windows Troubleshooting (and basic Linux Troubleshooting but that's for another time... :D).

If you ever need help with anything based on anything within the Windows sector feel free to contact me ;)

I'll be trying my best to make some more time for MT in the next following days, hope to see you guys/girls around!

One downside to using Windows is, there are APIs to prevent malicious files from executing to begin with & lot of other features which MS doesn't consider baking into OS itself which in turn help new company or app developers to create an app for windows that gives enhanced control over which&how pgms needs to be executed.

welcome aboard, congratulations to be a new Member on our beloved forum :D

First step : read this [MUST READ] Guidelines to have a decent and safe security configuration

second step: create your config thread [MUST READ] How To Share Your Security Config and get tremendous advices from veterans

then if needed: how to update your config Thread [MUST READ] How to update your security config without creating a new thread!

don't hesitate to ask any questions even if they look like "stupid", asking isn't stupid , avoid asking is !
