Is it possible to enable BitDefender and Avira's engines on 360 Total Security only for scans? Like, let them be there, disabled, with no ram consuming, but when like making them auto-enable when scanning?

Or if i keep the disabled and enable them for scanning, do they still consume ram?

You can enable the Performance option, that should free up some ram.

yep, you can install those 2 engine first at the VIRUS SCAN tab
then at the PROTECTION MODE simply choose Performance
that way, avira & bitdefender will only be used when running manual scan, not on real-time

Basically most agreement for borrowed license engine are pure signatures at all so it should not clash to each other and there's no problem to develop own engine with advance techniques as possible.
