Solved Multiple Instances of Chrome*32 running

My computer is running very slowly and audio and video is lagging and stuttering. I have noticed that I have 5 or 6 instances of Chrome*32 every time I open Chrome. I have tried clearing the cache, full scan with Kaspersky, full scan with Malwarebytes (it found quite a few things, but didn't fix the problem) and ran a file and registry cleaner (CCleaner). Thanks in advance for the help.

Your PC seems clean. This is probably because you're using Google Chrome 32-bit version on your 64-bit system.
