Never come across a similar feature, except on Proton mail; I have accounts of all major providers such as Outlook live, Gmail, Yandex mail.You can use PGP with any email service

It does not need to be integrated in the service, You can use an external standalone tool to generate the keys and encrypt/decrypt the messages.
