Do you use "scan files when opened"? Any negative effects?

I enjoyed the images, & decided to mention this here instead. I hope demands on resources continue to be light but with the protection level high.

1. So far I've haven't encountered any false positives w/ windows system files, graphic/sound drives etc.
2. No, I've used "scan files after download"

Removed - Oihoo TS [Inaccurate detection results of several sample packs from Virus Exchange sub-forum w/ both BD/Avira enabled], WinRAR [same high I/O usage even when set priority at very low via Process Lasso], Firefox [If any incompatible sites surfaced; use Edge browser]

Added - CIS [HIPS - off, Auto-Sandbox - On (Restriction level set to Untrusted), Firewall - Safe Mode], Bandizip
