The following is a guideline for proper forum etiquette. It is a guideline for new as well as established members. This is a list of proper etiquette that is followed by most every forum.

    • Read the forum rules & guidelines before posting
    • Do not be disrespectful to and or argue with Administrators, Super Moderators & Moderators within the forums
    • Respect a staff members decision and if you feel there is a problem then contact them via PM (Conversations)
    • Be courteous to new members and don't openly chastise them in the forums.
    • Make use of the search option before posting to see if the topic has already been posted
    • Do not use the forum to promote products, services or a business
    • Use a meaningful Thread title
    • Stay on topic and avoid posting off topic replies
    • Be civil to staff and your fellow members
    • Personal differences should be handled via PM and not in the forums
    • Ignore spammers, trolls or those who are disrespectful. Report them instead of engaging them
    • Use the established forum language and use correct spelling, grammar and avoid using slang terminology.
    • Be concise and do not ramble on when posting
    • Do not double and triple post and do not post the same message in multiple forums
    • Do not post useless (spam) posts such as lol, thanks, cool, great, your the best, etc. Replies should be made when you have something to contribute to the topic
    • Do not use all caps as this is considered SHOUTING
    • Do not hijack someone else thread by posting something off topic
    • Do not hold a private conversation within a thread
    • Be patient and do not post words like important or urgent
    • Do not use foul language or making use of * to mask foul language
    • Act in a mature friendly manner and help other members when you can
    • When replying to a post do not quote more than you have to from another post
    • Do not post warez, cracks, licenses, copyrighted material or discuss illegal downloading of software.Do not ask for these within the forums
    • Have a sense of humor but at the same time watch your humor. The forum consists of members from all backgrounds, nationalities, religions and age groups
    • Do not post any personal information within the forums
    • Keep signatures to a minimum.Huge annoying signatures will be removed by staff
    • Signatures and avatars should be in good taste and not offensive

Please remember the forum rules also apply to profile posts, signatures & avatars!
We have been noticing the following profile posts, signatures & avatars containing some or all of the following:
    • Sexually suggestive Anime(for lack of a better word)
    • Material that could be offensive to certain members(Foul language, racial and religious humor or remarks, etc.) Staff decides what is appropriate and what is allowed
    • Making light of serious issues which would be offensive to some members
    • All of the above also apply to videos whether or not they are on youtube

We can only delete and warn members so many times before we have to invoke more serious discipline. Please think about your fellow members before you post any text and or images. These are displayed publicly meaning guests can also see these.
