This is my current setup, any advice would be appreciated.

Looks good, only thing i could recommend would be some sort of back up for your system.

Looks good. You may want to try LastPass for password management.

Any free backups on the cloud worth mentioning? Don't have the hard drives/USB's to do a manual backup. Thanks for the LastPass tip too.

Just use dropbox/skydrive for backup. I usually map the document,pictures etc folder to my dropbox folder. That way all files that goes to my library is automatically synced. I too don't have external media/DVD so I use dropbox for backups.
