This is my current configurations but I gladly accept any recommendations on software which some of you consider useful. I do some Private browsing when I really don't want "dem cookiez":) and most of all I have learned that common sense browsing and clicking saves you a lot.
Have a nice day!

simple and efficient, because you accept recommendations, there are mine:

- OD scanners: Emsisoft Emergency Kit (portable so you dont have to install it) or MBAM Free (paid version is not worthy)
- Browsers : vaste choice, you can use Cyberfox or Palemoon (firefox-based but x64)
- extensions: remove adblock , replace by Adblock Edge or Bluhell firewall (not a Firewall despite the name ^^)

Well make private browsing as your regular habit just bookmark a website if you found interesting. ;)

A good practice especially using gadgets that you borrow to just surf.

Since you are accepting recommendations then you may test Herdprotect scanner that rely on 70+ engines on cloud to detect any malicious threats as possible.

False positives may occur but that should be sufficient to cover any sophisticated threats as possible.
