hello and welcome to mt! I want to suggest to turn on uac , because it can keep a lot of bad stuff out of your pc , secondly uninstall spybot sd , the reason why is that it used to be good in the beginning days of spyware , now its nothing more than a waste of free space on your pc! you can replace it with hitman pro , or emsisoft emergency kit. any particular reason for having combofix as on demand scannner? for chrome plugins you can use : https everywhere , lastpass and adblock plus. do you have any backup options??

I would enable UAC,especially since you have just cleaned up from an infection.Other than that it looks good.Thanks for sharing your config
