Let me recommend Aomei Backupper is an excellent free backup program.

You do not comment us which extensions in your browsers, the " basic " for security would be: ublock ( or Adguard or Adblock Plus) , LastPass , Wot and Ghostery . With these extensions mantenienes your privacy ,
eliminate pop when browsing, crawlers and keep your browser clean.

You should clean your pc often so it doesnt slow down, i recommend:
cleanner, wise care, glary or other clean/optimizer

Malware bytes may be good but it doesnt hurt add one more second opinion scanner:
hitman pro, herdprotect, super antispyware, zemana anti malware (warning: the last one is in beta so it may have some bugs)

I would add another on demand scanner(s) such as herd protect,Emsisoft Emergency Kit or Hitman Pro

You can also install a password manager like LastPass which is free to secure your passwords when you are online
