What work do you do on your desktop? What are your specs?

My specs are.....
AMD Pehnom(tm) 8600B Triple-Core processor 2.30GHZ :(
4GB DDR3 RAM
512GB HDD and 32GB SSD(in which i mostly install OS's)
1TB external HDD for backup.

I just surf the internet, watch and download movies, watch my Youtube(subscribed channel) videos, transfer movies onto my mobile phone, facebooking and some other things :/

I've tested a lot of Linux based OS's like Fedora,OpenSUSE and UBUNTU and finally decided to use Elementary OS Luna as my permanent OS :)
It took me almost a year to decide which operating system is best for my pc so no more testing stuff :dodgy:

I am mostly connected to KEPARD VPN and i don't know why it's just my habbit :(

With those specs, I'd run Windows with a free AV. But, that's just me.

Are you choosing Linux over Windows for security reasons or are there any other reasons as well? Your PC security risk is low.

I'll give this distro a run sometime. :)

Very nice to see a person with a SSD. :D

RE: My Desktop Configuration

I just wanted a different UI(tired of using Windows)
Windows animations are same since Windows Vista so i wanted a different OS with some extra animations and UI that can offer more customization :)
That's why i choose Linux:)
Thanks for your comments guys:)
