I had an account at MT for some time now but I mostly lurk and do not post that often, so I did not properly introduce myself. Well, this is me fixing that
Computer security was always a topic I was somewhat interested in, but over the last couple of years it has become sort of a hobby of mine. There's practically no AV I haven't tried (be it in VM or on real hardware - preferred, of course) and I read stuff on MalwareTips, Wilders, PC Mag, etc. almost everyday even though I'm not in IT.
Currently I'm using Emsisoft, because I respect their standpoint on user privacy, but more on my security config can be found here.
