I would like u to enable UAC as it forms the first layer of protection to your PC.
I also recommend Lastpass Free Password manager which is the best password management tool for your PC.
Add Ghostery or Disconnect for Opera to disable tracking your usage!
Adding for ondemand scanners Malwarebytes Antimalware Free or Emsisoft EK is appreciated.
CCleaner+Glary is good choice, rest all not necessary.
Or Only Auslogics Boost speed is sufficient.
And Finally Good Configuration.
