Hello, I stumbled upon your website through google while searching for ways to remove viruses that keeps coming back.

Recently, ive been getting viruses, malware, Trojan, adware and all that crap even though I've removed it using Malwarebytes, adwkiller, malwarebytes rookit, hitmanpro, tdsskiller, roguekiller and even emisoft emergency toolkit.

These are a few out of 45 or more viruses that i cant get rid off.

mystarting123 (recent)

BIT.DLL

WINSAP.DLL

BIGFARM

MIQOSHZESETION

JOPETIONDIPAS

Please help I'm extremely sick of this.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

Hi, absolutely appreciate your help. I ran the fixlist twice.

The first time i ran it and after a restart i executed chrome. It was working fine and i did not get redirected to any webpages. However, i noticed that the mystarting123 still exist in my search engine so i went to reset default setting on chrome and it went back to square one. Getting redirected to webpages again.

Ran the fixlist immediately and after a reboot (current state) executed google chrome. Tried searching and i did not get redirected to any webpages. However, mystarting123 still exist in my search engine in chrome. Ive also notice that whenever i execute chrome, a black box will appear beside chrome at my taskbar.

Attach is the latest copy of the fixlog. Once again, thank you for your help.

Hello! i have reinstalled google chrome like you've asked me to. I am not getting redirected to any webpages now and I've noticed that the search engine mystarting123 does not exist anymore. Does that mean my computer is free of the different viruses? including that nasty bigfarm virus as it has a tendency to reinstall itself after a couple of weeks.
