Some might consider this a minor thing.

If you test this site: Content Filtering Proxy Detection - AdBlock Detection, TOR Detection, Proxomitron & Privoxy Detection - BrowserLeaks.com

It will detect ublock origin but not nano adblocker. Whether that moves in favor of one or not depends on you.
User summerheat investigated this over at Wilders.

µBlock, a lean and fast blocker

It appears the reason why it look like Nano is undetectable is because it contains
a rule for that site

||browserleaks.com/js/proxy_ab.js$script

So, in the end it appears that for Chrome and Firefox the best option would be uBlock Origin

As for Edge, well as it was previously stated it appears Nano is the only one getting enough updates.

Once again, thanks to summerheat for looking into this.

Thats good to know, wich one do you prefer?

Ublock is more popular + you can have nano defender integration to it aswell...might rever back to ublock origin

Edit: removed nano, back to ublock origin

For Chrome and Firefox, I would prefer uBlock Origin.

For Edge, it would be Nano. Considering that like some already stated it seems to have the more active development.
